New & Replacement Residential and Small Commercial Systems

(Resistive, Cove, Baseboard, Etc.	$ 10.00/kW)
Air Source Heat Pump	$200.00
Add-on Heat Pump	$200.00
Water Source Heat Pump	$700.00
Water Heater (Resistance)	$100.00 (one payment per house) (Must be at least 40 gallons)
Desuperheater (Heat Pump)	$100.00 (one payment per house)

New & Replacement Large Commercial Systems with Heat Pump or A/C in excess of 10 Ton
(Payments per kW for heating; per ton over 10 SEER for A/C)

Incentive payments for the installation of electric heat in large commercial buildings with a total load in excess of 10 ton will be calculated on an individual basis.
